Pump
- The ‘Pump’ (along with the ‘Dump’) is the most basic way of betting on the future direction of a virtual crypto price.
- They are not complex bets hence their huge popularity.
- The target price is always the current virtual crypto price so if you were to be ‘Pump’ then the virtual price at the end of the bet must be higher than the price when you made the bet.
- N.B. Latency: In this instance the current Shilling price is 40.9968 as shown in the top right-hand corner of the Betting page and in the Betting Ticket. They are indicative prices and latency means that the Target1 price you see may not be the Target Price that you get. There is a 50:50 chance the Target Price received will be higher or lower than the Target1 price in the Betting Ticket. The red-backed price on the right-hand scale shows 40.9962. The rendering of graphics takes a bit longer than just printing the price as in the Betting Ticket. Graphics latency means the graph price can be up to 0.2 of a second late. The price charts are a graphic representation of historical prices, not as the latest accurate price to bet from.
Dump
- ‘Dump’ – the opposite of the ‘Pump’.
Big Pump
- The Big Pump presents a target price ABOVE the current virtual crypto price. In the adjacent screenshot the WAQWANDA100 is 6446.3 and the target price is 6459.964.
- The term of the bet is 15 minutes (top left) of which there are 4 mins 51 secs (top right) remaining.
- Since there is a lower probability (compared to the Pump) that the player will win the player is offered a higher return.
- The return on offer to the player is 300%.
- The gap between the virtual crypto price and the target price narrows over time so you will notice the latest virtual price on the right is much closer to the target than the virtual price on the far left. This is so the ‘house’ can offer a constant 300% throughout the term of the bet.
Big Dump
- The opposite of the Big Pump.
Flatliner
- The Flatliner presents two target prices, one ABOVE and one BELOW the current virtual price between which the virtual price must be at the end of the bet.
- In the adjacent screenshot the WQW 10 Yr Bond is 104.439 with target prices of 104.38585 and 104.49214.
- The term of the bet is 15 minutes (top left) of which there are 3 mins 16 secs (top right) remaining.
- The player is always offered a return of 100% (2x).
- The gap between the two target prices narrows over time so that the target price gap on the left is far wider than the gap on the right. This is to keep constant the chance of the player winning.
- The target prices are delineated in green to show that the virtual price can venture into the red area prior to the bet’s end.
Hi Crash
- The Hi Crash presents a target price ABOVE the current virtual crypto price. The virtual price must touch or be higher than the target level at any time prior to the end of the bet for the player to win.
- In the adjacent screenshot the Ker’Ching token is 7.2426 and the target level is 7.250241. The term of the bet is 15 minutes (top left) of which there are 3 min 45 secs (top right) remaining.
- The player is offered a return of 200% (3x).
- The gap between the virtual crypto price and the target price narrows over time so you will notice the latest virtual price on the right is much closer to the target than the virtual price on the far left. This is so the ‘house’ can offer a constant 200% throughout the term of the bet.
Lo Crash
- The opposite of the Hi Crash.
Double Crash
- The Double Crash presents two target prices, one ABOVE and one BELOW the current virtual price. The virtual price must always remain between the target prices right up until the end of the bet otherwise the player immediately gets KO’d. So, unlike the Flatliner, the virtual price cannot encroach into the red area prior to the end of the bet.
- In the adjacent screenshot the WQW 5 Year Note is trading at 102.189 with target prices of 102.10718 and 102.27081. The term of the bet is 15 minutes (top left) of which there are 3 mins 25 secs remaining.
- The player is always offered a return of 100% (2x).
- The target prices are delineated in red to show that this strategy is immediately KO’d, that the strategy cannot touch either the red line or area.
Cash or Crash
- The Cash or Crash presents a target price ABOVE and BELOW the current virtual price. If the virtual crypto price hits the upper target price then the player immediately wins. If the virtual price hits the lower target price the player immediately loses.
- In the above screenshot the ChipBit is 100.7950 with target prices of 100.903980 and 100.686137.
- The term of the bet is 15 minutes (top left) of which there are 3 min 07 secs (top right) remaining.
- The gap between the two target prices and the virtual target price are equal. This means that there is a 50:50 chance of winning and losing.
- The target prices are delineated in green and red to show the strategy immediately wins or is KO’d on touching the green or red line respectively.
- If the virtual crypto price hits neither target prices the player is returned the stake.
Crash or Cash
- Opposite of the Cash or Crash.
